Personal Consultation and Home Sale Analysis:
- A BellaCasa Accredited Staging Professional will
meet with the home owner and tour the residence
- BellaCasa will provide a detailed analysis of both the inside and outside of the home identifying problem areas
- The analysis will elaborate on the advantages of effectively merchandising the home to prepare for sale
Our fee for a Personal Consultation and Home Sale Analysis averages between $150 - $300.
Room Makeover:
Let our team do the work for you! Because we can create an elegant environment in the home using our experience and knowledge, it is often more effective and efficient for the home owner to utilize our Room Makeover service. We will enhance the architectural movement of the home resulting in higher home value and quicker turnover for the Realtor as well as minimizing the work for both parties.
Our fee for the Room Makeover service is $100 per hour and varies based on the exclusive needs of the home owner.
Accessory and Furniture Rental:
Why buy furniture and/or accessories while your house is on the market when you can rent them? We are able to accessorize the entire home or specific rooms as necessary. The cost will depend on what the home owner’s needs are.
Minimum rental fee for our merchandise is $100 per month.
